Group Goals:
We want to be a high-performing team that not only elicits the best contributions from each member, but also comes together as a team to create a project that is better than the sum of our individual efforts. That means we need to: - trust each other to be fully invested in the project - share a common vision for the end-product - communicate well and often - always bring our best work to the group - review and respond to each other's work
Behavior 1: Behavior 2: Behavior 3: Behavior 4:
Additional Notes: When we talked about the behaviors on Tuesday we added the last two points about editing. Obviously, some people are better at proofreading than others, but we should ALL be reading each other's work critically and trying to find weaknesses in evidence or argument that we can catch before the Prof does. Notes do not appear in the evaluation forms, but you can use them to communicate to each other about contract goals or behaviors.
