Undergraduate teaching responsibilities have included course offerings in Organizational Behavior, Interpersonal Relations, Career Development and Introduction to the Academic Community

 

Graduate teaching responsibilities have included courses in Managing Organizational Behavior, Seminar in Human Resource Management, Laboratory in Managerial Skills, and Management of Organizational Change, as well as supervision of graduate Independent Studies and Individual Enrollments

 

1995 - 1997                 MBA Program Director, Plymouth State College, Plymouth, NH  03264                

                                               

Responsible for the management of all aspects of the MBA program, offered on-campus at Plymouth and at the six external sites of Conway, Keene, Hanover, Manchester, Portsmouth and Rochester.  Responsibilities included budgeting, program staffing and delivery, scheduling, marketing and promotion, recruitment, admissions, student counseling and advising, resolution of grievances of students and faculty, awarding of scholarships and assistantships, approving exceptions to existing policy, supervision of graduate office staff, and serving as a liaison between the graduate office and the Office of the Dean as well as the Department of Business.

 

Accomplishments included (1) negotiation and implementation of the PSC MBA program's first industry contract through the development of an educational partnership with Cabletron Systems, Inc., based in Rochester, NH;  (2) the expansion of the MBA program into three new sites in the seacoast region;  (3) the establishment of an Internet presence for the MBA program;  (4) completion of the first comprehensive survey of current PSC MBA students with the results used for program enhancement;  and (5) provision of the leadership necessary to integrate efforts of the Business Department faculty and College administration resulting in the achievement of first-time professional accreditation of the PSC MBA program through departmental accreditation by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).  Returned full-time to the faculty in 1997 in order to spend more time with my family and newborn daughter.

                                    Undergraduate teaching responsibilities have included course offerings in Organizational Behavior, Personnel Management, Organization Development, and Interpersonal Relations.

 

Graduate teaching responsibilities have included courses in Human Relations, Managing Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and the Management of Organizational Change, as well as supervision of numerous Independent Studies, Individual Enrollments, and Master's Research Projects.

Graduate Teaching responsibilities included course offerings in Human Relations, Consumer Behavior, Industrial Psychology, and Organization Development

 

Other responsibilities included the supervision of independent studies and Master's Research Projects in a variety of areas, and the leadership of sensitivity training groups
