BACKGROUND  SUMMARY

 

Dr. David M. Leuser holds the rank of Professor in the Plymouth State College Business Department, where he teaches Organizational Behavior, Career Development and other behavioral courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels.  He has successfully served in an administrative capacity as Director of the Plymouth State College MBA Program from 1995 until 1997, where he was responsible for curriculum upgrades, significant program growth, and the achievement of professional accreditation for the MBA program.  He received his Ph.D. in Psychology with Advanced Graduate Study in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in 1979.  He has presented and published numerous papers, training materials, test manuals, and online assessment instruments in the areas of management and organizational behavior.  In his consulting practice, he specializes in career, management, and organization development consulting.  His clients have included a variety of manufacturing, service, educational, professional, nonprofit, health care, and governmental organizations.  He has over 25 years of professional experience in teaching, research, and consulting.
